## What is the purpose of the pull request
In spark-3.2 (compiling with mvn -P3.2), test of TestTruncateTable("Test
Truncate single-partition table' partitions") fails. The reason is
HoodieSpark3Analysis seems forgot to transform TruncatePartition to
TruncateHoodieTableCommand.
## Brief change log
- Add a branch to transform TruncatePartition to
TruncateHoodieTableCommand in HoodieSpark3Analysis;
- Replace some checking of "isInstance" by case-class pattern matching;
## Verify this pull request
This pull request is already covered by existing tests, such as *(please
describe tests)*.
