## What is the purpose of the pull request
When using custom transformers, user may not have turned on config to
reconcile schema explicitly. In that case, the schema in the transformed
dataset and that coming from a schema provider could differ. This PR fixes it
by passing the latest schema if it is present, irrespective of whether
`hoodie.datasource.write.reconcile.schema` is true or false.
