This PR is addressing that. ## Brief change log - Rebasing `ColumnStatsMetadata` to persists appropriate binary-encoded types - Fixing Column Stats Usages to use native Java types returned from the Column Stats ## Verify this pull request This pull request is already covered by existing tests, such as *(please describe tests)*.
