But from our local exp, timeline server was able to handle 90k+ requests per sec. So, likely its the case where timeline server is not reachable at all. Sorry for the late reply. If the embedded timeline server is disabled, the timeline-server-based markers are not used and direct markers are used instead. I haven't found any issue yet.
