### Describe the subtask Some catalogs match column names case-insensitively but report case-sensitive names, for example MySQL through the JDBC catalog. A `renameColumn` whose old name differs in case from the stored one (`col` for a column stored as `Col`) succeeds in the catalog, but `TableOperationDispatcher` keys the rename by `col`, finds no stored column with that name, and stores the change as a drop of `Col` plus an add of the new name. The column gets a new id and loses its tags. Fix: when a rename or drop names no stored column exactly, map it to the stored column that matches it case-insensitively, if exactly one does. ### Parent issue https://github.com/apache/gravitino/issues/13303 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
