LuciferYang opened a new pull request, #14296:
URL: https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/14296

   ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

`IcebergExtendedDataSourceV2Strategy` no longer throws for a catalog that is
not a `GravitinoIcebergCatalog`. For each of the ten Iceberg DDL plans it falls
back to its parent, Iceberg's `ExtendedDataSourceV2Strategy`, which plans them
for `SparkCatalog` and `SparkSessionCatalog` and returns no plan for other
catalogs.

   ### Why are the changes needed?

The plugin registers this strategy before Iceberg's own, so the exception
stopped every Iceberg DDL statement on an Iceberg catalog configured outside
Gravitino in the same session.

   Fix: #14292

   ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

Iceberg DDL works on non-Gravitino Iceberg catalogs. On a non-Iceberg table,
such a statement now fails with Spark's own "no plan" error instead of
`Unsupported catalog type`, the same as without the Gravitino plugin.

   ### How was this patch tested?

`TestIcebergExtendedDataSourceV2Strategy` registers both extensions in the
plugin's order, creates a table in a hadoop `SparkCatalog`, runs `CREATE TAG`
and `CREATE BRANCH`, and reads the refs back from the `refs` metadata table.
