### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - Add `IcebergAuxCatalogBridge` so aux `RESTService` can publish `IcebergCatalogWrapperManager` lookups. - Lakehouse `IcebergCatalogOperations.initialize` reuses the aux wrapper by catalog name (jdbc/hive/rest) when registered; otherwise keeps self-load. - Document the in-process reuse path for auxiliary Iceberg REST. ### Why are the changes needed? With IRC embedded as an auxiliary service, lakehouse catalogs still built a second Iceberg backend (or HTTP-looped to local IRC with Authorization forwarding). That forced workarounds such as PR #14289. IRC1 already owns the wrappers in-process; lakehouse should reuse them. IRC1→IRC2 remains HTTP/oauth on the IRC-side backend. Fixes #14298 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No new config keys.
