### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - The test installs its mock authorizer in `GravitinoEnv` for its own duration and restores the previous one in `finally`. ### Why are the changes needed? Earlier test classes leave authorization state in `GravitinoEnv` (an authorizer and an access-control dispatcher over a closed store). The check then threw `SqlSessionFactory is not initialized`, and the test got 500 instead of 403, depending on class order. Fix: #14095 (item 5) ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. Test code only. ### How was this patch tested? `IcebergNamespaceAuthorizationIT`, then `TestIcebergTableOperations`, then this test in one JVM: all pass. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
