### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - StarRocks keeps its FE metadata and BE storage on tmpfs; Doris FE skips metadata syncing (`master_sync_policy` and `replica_sync_policy = NO_SYNC`) and its BEs keep storage on tmpfs. Durable fixtures keep the image settings. - The Compose files and shell scripts the old scripted Trino stack used are removed; `TrinoCluster` replaced them, and the Trino SQL test tool already uses it. This PR includes the commits of the PRs below it.
