### Version
main branch
### Describe what's wrong
`StarRocksTableOperations#renameColumnDefinition` builds `RENAME COLUMN %s
TO %s` without backticks, while other StarRocks DDL quotes identifiers.
Renaming a column with special characters (e.g. `order-id`) or to a reserved
word (e.g. `key`) fails.
### Error message and/or stacktrace
Getting syntax error at line 2, column 14. Detail message: Unexpected input
'order', the most similar input is {a legal identifier}.
### How to reproduce
1. Create a StarRocks table with columns `id`, `order-id`.
2. Rename column `order-id` to `order_id`.
3. The alter fails with a syntax error.
### Additional context
Verified on StarRocks 3.3.
