### What would you like to be improved? In #13778, Iceberg `loadTable` resolves policies once for the table and once for each column. For a wide table, each column lookup repeats object validation, ancestor tag resolution, and policy association reads. This increases the number of storage queries with the column count. ### How should we improve? Add a core API that resolves effective policies for multiple metadata objects in the same namespace in one call. Use it to resolve the table and its columns together, sharing ancestor tag lookups and batching column tag and policy association reads. Preserve the current tag inheritance, selector matching, and policy deduplication behavior. The storage layer will also need batch reads for `TAG_METADATA_OBJECT_REL`.
