### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Remove the NULL-default check in `validateUpdateColumnNullable`, and drop the NULL default when regenerating the column definition for MySQL, OceanBase, Doris and ClickHouse. ### Why are the changes needed? A nullable column with no default is loaded with `Literals.NULL` as its default, so it could not be changed to NOT NULL. Fix: #14056 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes. A nullable column with no default can now be changed to NOT NULL on JDBC catalogs. ### How was this patch tested?
