URL: https://github.com/apache/gravitino/issues/14026

   ### Version

   main branch

   ### Describe what's wrong

   `updateColumnDefaultValueFieldDefinition` in `MysqlTableOperations` and
`OceanBaseTableOperations` rebuilds the column without copying `autoIncrement`.
The generated `MODIFY COLUMN` omits `AUTO_INCREMENT`, which MySQL and OceanBase
treat as a full column redefinition. The request succeeds, but the column
silently stops auto-incrementing. All other `MODIFY COLUMN` paths in these
classes preserve it.

   ### Error message and/or stacktrace

   None. The failure is silent.

   ### How to reproduce

   1. Create a MySQL table with an auto-increment column `id`.
   2. Apply `TableChange.updateColumnDefaultValue` to `id`, for example
resetting its default.
   3. Load the table: `id` is no longer auto-increment.

   ### Additional context

Same class of bug as #13918 (Doris add column).
