### What would you like to be improved? Tests depend on Testcontainers 1.21.4. Testcontainers 2.0.x renames the module artifacts and packages, removes JUnit 4 support, switches the MySQL module to `com.mysql:mysql-connector-j`, and stops copying the MySQL module's default configuration. Staying on 1.x keeps Gravitino off the maintained line and on the old artifact names. ### How should we improve? - Bump `testcontainers` in `gradle/libs.versions.toml` and rename the module artifacts (`mysql`, `postgresql`, `clickhouse`, `localstack`, `junit-jupiter`) to their `testcontainers-` names. - Update imports to the new packages, for example `org.testcontainers.containers.MySQLContainer` to `org.testcontainers.mysql.MySQLContainer`. - Re-check the docker-java version forced in `iceberg-rest-trino-it` against the one 2.x uses. - Check tests that relied on the MySQL module's default configuration or on the old MySQL driver artifact. - Run all test lanes and integration-test jobs and compare test counts before and after.
