### What changes were proposed in this pull request? List and load only functions that have a Java `SPARK` implementation, and use that implementation wherever it appears in the definition. ### Why are the changes needed? `listFunctions` listed functions with any `SPARK` implementation, but `loadFunction` threw `IllegalArgumentException` on the first non-Java one. Fix: #13939 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Functions without a Java `SPARK` implementation are no longer listed by `SHOW FUNCTIONS`, and loading them throws `NoSuchFunctionException`. ### How was this patch tested?
