**CI root cause (MaintenanceIT):** domain now stores a composed `PolicyExecutionSpec`, but without content-level SerDe `anyFieldMapper` nested under `executionSpec` and failed with \`Cannot construct instance of PolicyExecutionSpec\`. **Fix:** pushed \`0152ca47b\` — register flat \`ExecutablePolicyContentSerde\` on \`anyFieldMapper\` (+ POConverters peer round-trips) in this PR so persistence works before the DTO/#13888 slice. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
