### Describe the subtask Add the Domain entity and its metadata storage in `core/`, following the Domain design (#13866): - `Entity.EntityType.DOMAIN`, `DomainEntity`, and the `MetadataObject.Type.DOMAIN` ↔ `EntityType.DOMAIN` mapping. - The `domain_meta` table for H2, MySQL and PostgreSQL, with upgrade scripts. - POs, mappers, SQL providers and `DomainMetaService`: insert, get, list, update, soft delete, garbage collection and versioning, wired into the JDBC backend.
