### Describe the subtask **Priority:** P1 (G1) **Problem:** Every `EntityStore` operation resolves the name when it runs. A write made after an external call can therefore hit a newer entity that was registered under the same name in the meantime: an external drop followed by a store delete removes the replacement and its tags, owners and grants (#13172). Lookups by identity are also missing, so `MetadataIdConverter` loads a whole entity to get its id, and owner-by-object-id and id→name lookups bypass the store. **Scope:** Add identity addressing in domain terms, starting with "delete the entity I observed": delete the entity with that id and leave any other entity now under the name untouched. Row versions stay internal. Add name→id and id→name resolution that does not load whole entities.
