   Moved inside the guard. `testDroppingAnEmptySchemaDoesNotResolveIt` verifies 
the schema entity is
   never read on that path -- `ManagedSchemaOperations.dropSchema` is a single 
`delete`, so the read
   was the catalog's alone.
