Also in scope for this discussion: `JettyServer.createAuthenticationFilter(boolean includeErrorStackTrace)` now documents that implementations must not include stack traces when the setting is off, but nothing enforces it for future REST modules (raised in https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/13057#discussion_r3976730050).
