This PR improves optimizer documentation under `docs/table-maintenance-service/`: - improve quick-start prerequisites and end-to-end verification guidance - clarify optimizer configuration notes (including status polling interval) - improve CLI reference for metrics naming and JDBC metrics driver requirements - expand troubleshooting entries for common runtime issues - clarify alpha-stage limitations and extensibility direction in optimizer overview - add architecture workflow diagram with the original image ## Why?
