[MINOR] fix(docs): Fix JDK description error in docs (#8669)
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Remove JDK8 and JDK11 support.
### Why are the changes needed?
JDK8 and JDK11 are not supported in 1.0.0 for Gravitino server.
