### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add the table name as the prefixes for the index name in PG. ### Why are the changes needed? For PG, the index name should be unique within a schema, NOT a table. Fix: #7168 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? N/A. ### How was this patch tested?
