   **Background**:  
   Gravitino needs to support precision (fractional seconds) for 
`TIME`/`DATETIME`/`TIMESTAMP` columns across diverse catalogs (e.g., MySQL, 
Doris, PostgreSQL) and connectors (e.g., Trino, Spark, Flink).

   ​**Objective**: Enable Gravitino to parse, store, and expose precision for 
time-related columns in any catalog.  #6657

defined in Gravitino.  
   
   #### ​**Task 3: Python Client Update for Precision Types**​  
   ​**Objective**: Update Python Client After Merging #6657 to Align with #7241
