### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR is aimed at implementing the following non-single field partitioning
DTOs Java classes in client-python.
- Partitioning.java
- SinglePartitioning.java
- BucketPartitioningDTO.java
- FunctionPartitioningDTO.java
- ListPartitioningDTO.java
- RangePartitioningDTO.java
- TruncatePartitioningDTO.java
**NOTE** that the above classes are originally planned to be implemented
together with classes of single field partitioning DTOs. They are now separated
and put in this PR to facilitate the process of PR review.
### Why are the changes needed?
We need to support table partitioning, bucketing and sort ordering and
indexes
