### What would you like to be improved? Currently Gravitino Iceberg catalog using `provider` and `format` to represent table format, it's something duplicated, and `provider` should be handled in the Spark connector side not the Iceberg catalog side, it will be more clear by using `format` to represent table formats. ### How should we improve? _No response_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
