### What changes were proposed in this pull request? 1. Remove the catalog provider "hadoop". 2. Change the Hadoop catalog to Fileset catalog. 3. Change the `CatalogCreateRequest` to be compatible with provider "hadoop". ### Why are the changes needed? Fix: #7421 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
