### Describe what's wrong
Gradle assembleDistribution can include incorrect versions of jar in the
binary when the version number changes.
### Error message and/or stacktrace
No error message
### How to reproduce
Create a distribution, change the version number, and create a distribution
again.
### Additional context
Running clean in between will fix the issue, but perhaps it should only copy
the correct version of the jars?
