   Adjust the distribution mode for creating Iceberg table with none 
distribution.  the following is the Spark adjust logic, the flink is similar.
   
   ```java
     private DistributionMode defaultWriteDistributionMode() {
       if (table.sortOrder().isSorted()) {
         return RANGE;
       } else if (table.spec().isPartitioned()) {
         return HASH;
       } else {
         return NONE;
       }
     }
   ```
