### Describe the enhancement requested We are preparing to release `v0.13.0`, but there is still ongoing discussion around the use of protobuf in the project. Currently, java-info has already adopted protobuf. This raises the following three options for the upcoming release: (1) Revert the java-info version on the main branch to the pre-Protobuf state, ensuring alignment with the current cross-language design. (2) Create a new branch to Revert the java-info version, and release this branch. (3) Proceed with releasing the current java-info version.
