[Spark] At the moment I'm hardly working on bringing GraphFrames project
back to live and resume publishing it to Maven Central
(https://github.com/graphframes/graphframes/issues/510). After that my goal is
to add a `PrepertyGraphFrame` built on to of the main GraphFrame's abstraction
(`GraphFrame`).

I'm going to make this `PropertyGraphFrame` as much as possible compatible
with GAR spec (https://github.com/graphframes/graphframes/issues/565). After
that I would like to suggest to GAR committee to rewrite an existing spark
integration with using of `GraphFrames` (`readGraphFrame` / `writeGraphFrame`)
that should close the request from the graphframes community
(https://github.com/graphframes/graphframes/issues/475).

JFYI: GraphX will be officially deprecated in Spark 4.0:
https://lists.apache.org/thread/5ls22w75dhc8fsf5rxpk2ro38rcb4lsq and most
probably graphframes would be the main way to work with graphs data in Apache
Spark.

If (when) I will finish my work on GraphFrames I would like also to revisit
the new GAR Java that is based on the proto-specs and I would like to use it to
create a new Spark API.

I did not raise a discussion or vote about it yet only because graphframes
is not ready yet (there is no property graph at the moment).
