Fixed in this push (`cfa803a`):
Updated `0217_remove_self_service_feature.xml`:
- Added `cascadeConstraints="true"` to all `dropTable` entries
- Added drop for `client_device_registration` table
- Fixed 3 `stretchy_parameter` queries still referencing dead
`${isSelfServiceUser}` param (`FullReportList`, `FullParameterList`,
`reportCategoryList`)
Only expected failure: OpenAPI backward compatibility check — intentional,
needs maintainer to update the baseline.
