URL: https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/5017

Post interest with adjustments for savings accounts

-Change the posting when the account is overdrawn by noting the interest
receivables accounting account without affecting products that do not have this
accounting account.
-The interest posting will show if the account has a different balance
during the monthly period. That is, if overdrawn transactions were made and the
account was closed with a positive balance, it will show the overdraft interest
and the post-interest.

Ignore if these details are present on the associated [Apache Fineract JIRA
ticket](https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1284).
