It adds a dedicated iceberg_arrow input source for faster Iceberg ingestion
using Iceberg’s Arrow vectorized reader.
Impact: improves Parquet-backed Iceberg ingestion by avoiding the old
file-path delegate path and reading columnar batches directly.
