@gianm , I am currently on vacation but I should be able to carve out some time early next week to get this PR back into shape, and address any subsequent feedback. I was hoping to tie the changes here with the `/simulate` API. Both the supervisor report and the simulate result would contain jobs table(s). The former would be based on the current (actual) job queue, while the latter would use a simulated job queue.
