I think we need to merge this one because current CVE check fails, see #18456 switching to the API is the recommended way to get the CVE list. for the GH secret, I can edit the repo to add one. <img width="1023" height="564" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d5f7f726-6731-47c3-9571-8f074ac07e90"; /> But not sure if this the correct way to ada a new one because I didn't see any secrets here(all of our GHA do no use secret?
