include: Some minor cleanups to Makefile
* Remove a duplicate item (bus/cam) from LSUBDIRS.
* Adjust and improve comments for LSUBDIRS and LSYMSUBDIRS.
* Amend LSYMSUBDIRS a bit to be more clear.
