## Features & Improvements 1. Support parallel incremental reads by tablet group, restoring with changed source parallelism, and the `scan.parallelism` option; coordinate external offset publication after successful checkpoints (#709) 2. Restore incremental startup from saved external offsets while keeping restored Flink Source state authoritative (#708) 3. Adapt the incremental source to Doris Changelog naming, including configuration options, Java APIs, and hidden columns (#710) 4. Avoid repeated FE health checks during Stream Load to prevent checkpoint blocking when automatic redirection is enabled without explicit BE nodes (#701) 5. Disable parallel artifact uploads in the JDK 8 and JDK 17 staging deployment scripts (#700) ## Upgrade Notes - The five `source.binlog.*` options are renamed to `source.changelog.*` without deprecated aliases. Related Java APIs are also renamed. Incremental reads require a Doris build supporting the renamed Changelog feature (#710). - Source split and enumerator state serialization is upgraded to version 4. Earlier checkpoint/savepoint formats are not supported (#709). - External offsets restore Source progress only, not Flink operator state or sink transactions.
