Russian homepage community links now open Telegram through the stable `/telegram` entry point. The hero, community card, footer, and floating community prompt use the Telegram icon and label. Other locales continue to use Slack. `customFields.telegramInviteUrl` is the single destination setting, initially `https://t.me/dorisapache`. The redirect reuses the existing Matomo attribution and fallback behavior with a separate `Telegram Click` action. It is registered as a utility page and excluded from sitemaps. ## Validation - Existing redirect attribution and community prompt tests: 23 passed. - Scoped TypeScript check for the changed components and page: no diagnostics. - Verified all four Russian entry URLs and their UTM parameters; other locale URLs remain unchanged. - Verified redirect rendering, noindex metadata, noscript fallback, tracker callback, and redirect without a tracker for both channels. - Checked desktop and 400px mobile previews and followed the homepage link through to `t.me/dorisapache`. - Translation publication report completes; no new source-drift entries compared with master. - `git diff --check` passes. ## Versions Website UI only.
