Addressed review round 3 in 4bf82ff4a9d. - 4408998656: the Kafka partition refresh checks the declared compute group before its metadata request, so a dropped group pauses the job with `Compute group '<name>' not found.` (retryable) instead of PARTITIONS_ERR. New unit test included. - 4408998664: `test_routine_load_compute_group` produces to a per-run topic. - Kinesis (review body): the description no longer says Kinesis jobs follow the declaration. `KinesisRoutineLoadJob` rejects cloud mode, the only mode with compute groups. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
