### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description Doris' fe implements serialization itself in many places, mixing sequential writing of data and Gson. This solution makes it extremely difficult to guarantee the backward and forward compatibility of metadata after adding features. ### Solution Replace the whole serialization scheme of metadata with Gson and Protobuffer (Protostuff).
