Review Comment:
[P2] Recheck sibling predicates after forcing source reads

Removing one projected column here disables docvalue reads for the entire
scan, but predicates on other columns are still considered exact. For example,
map `a` as `{"type":"keyword","ignore_above":4,"doc_values":true}` and `b` as
ordinary `keyword`, without `array_fields` metadata, and store
`{"a":"ok","b":["cat"]}`. With docvalue scans enabled, `SELECT a,b FROM idx
WHERE b = 'cat'` now removes `a`'s docvalue entry and sets the global read mode
to 0. Nevertheless, `b` is absent from `sourceValueUnsafeFields`, so its term
query is pushed and its SQL residual is pruned. Both readers then serialize
source `b` as the STRING `["cat"]`, returning a value that fails the equality.
Before this change both docvalue entries existed and the singleton docvalue was
read as scalar `cat`.

This is distinct from the earlier bounded-literal thread: the predicate is
on an unchanged sibling `b`, and merely projecting affected `a` changes its
read representation. Determine predicate safety from the final scan read mode
and cover a preserved keyword singleton array alongside a column that forces
source fallback, across both readers.
