Review Comment:
Fixed in 350d7c51986. Distance now uses stable raw-coordinate arc midpoints
independently of the other operand. Added both-order Distance/DWithin and
equivalent-subdivision coverage, including meridian, date-line and
tiny-residual cases. Targeted Geo/WKB UT 118/118 and GIS/Iceberg regressions
passed; supported input types are unchanged.

Review Comment:
Fixed in 350d7c51986. Stable raw-coordinate normals replace the broad
uncertainty buckets; dense/sparse longitude indexes skip already-proven point
clusters before querying. Added increasing-size proof and candidate-visit
checks, including padded spokes. For 32/64/128 spokes, visits are 160/320/640
(329/649/1289 with padding). Targeted tests pass; this does not claim a general
worst-case linear bound.
