FE rejects spatial UNION DISTINCT, INTERSECT/EXCEPT and DISTINCT
ARRAY_AGG/COLLECT_LIST before lowering. UNION ALL, nondistinct scalar lists and
ordinary-key/spatial-value support are retained. Added
both-kind/endian-equivalent Iceberg and GIS regressions; FE UT 89/89 and
regression generation/verification passed. Docs updated in
apache/doris-website#4239.
