### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Version apache-doris-4.1.2-bin-x64 部署模式 存算分离(3个be节点) BE 节点 IP 192.168.x.x（基于此前报错日志） 缓存配置 file_cache_path = [{"path":"/data/doris/be/cache1","total_size":107374182400}] 缓存实际用量 约 5.5 GB（远低于 100 GB 上限）（清理缓存后） 复现步骤 在存算分离集群中正常运行查询，File Cache 正常写入。 ### What's Wrong? 观察 be.WARNING 日志，发现持续出现 fs_file_cache_storage.cpp:258 的 open file failed ... No such file or directory。 执行清理命令： bash curl 'http://192.168.xx.xx:8040/api/file_cache?op=clear&sync=true' 清理后缓存被清空，但短时间内相同的 NOT_FOUND 错误再次出现于日志中。 错误日志片段 text W20261021 10:32:02.938637 2461687 fs_file_cache_storage.cpp:258] open file failed with both v3 and v2 format, v3_file=/data/doris/be/cache1/a32/a32abcfcdcfea85cbec07d845170bf95_0/0, v2_file=/data/doris/be/cache1/a32/a32abcfcdcfea85cbec07d845170bf95_0/0, error=[NOT_FOUND]failed to get file size /data/doris/be/cache1/a32/a32abcfcdcfea85cbec07d845170bf95_0/0: No such file or directory W20261021 10:32:03.007439 2461687 fs_file_cache_storage.cpp:258] open file failed with both v3 and v2 format, v3_file=/data/doris/be/cache1/04a/04a831f07a287884a846ad824869e0e2_0/0, v2_file=/data/doris/be/cache1/04a/04a831f07a287884a846ad824869e0e2_0/0, error=[NOT_FOUND]failed to get file size /data/doris/be/cache1/04a/04a831f07a287884a846ad824869e0e2_0/0: No such file or directory （附上此前出现的 _disposable 后缀变体日志片段，注明该变体也曾出现） 已尝试的排查 排除缓存容量问题：实际用量 5.5 GB，配置 100 GB，未触顶。 执行清理：curl ... op=clear&sync=true，清理后问题复现。 核对版本修复：4.1.2 已包含多项 File Cache 修复（#61083、#62437、#63410、#64578 等），但本问题与这些修复所描述的场景不完全吻合。 ### What You Expected?
