Applied the same regression assertion fixes as #69320 to this master port. The source PR failures covered are: - `test_csv_with_none_utf8_data`: expect the V2 UTF-8 data-quality diagnostic; retain status and rejected-row checks. - `test_stream_load_error_url`: verify the V2 diagnostic reports the exact expected and actual field counts (3 and 9). - `test_json_load`: expect V2's distinct diagnostics for unmatched JSON paths and unmatched object aliases; retain exact source-record checks. The second check was previously hidden by the first failure. Validation: the four affected Groovy assertions fail before the update and pass afterward in local assertion replays. The three reported cases use their recorded CI responses; the subsequent alias case uses the diagnostic from the reader's no-match branch. All three Groovy files pass syntax checks on master, and the repository clang-format 16 check passes.
