URL: https://github.com/apache/doris-website/pull/4412

   ## Summary

The PR workflow currently uses `git commit -a`, and the complete example
uses `git add -u`. Both handle tracked files but omit untracked files, so a
first-time contributor following the guide can accidentally leave new
documentation or tests out of a commit.

   - Explicitly stage the intended file paths and inspect the staged diff
before committing.
   - Explain that `commit -a` and `add -u` do not add untracked files.
   - Keep the English and Chinese community guides in sync.

   ## Validation

   - `git diff --check`: passed.
   - Disposable Git regression scenarios: verified that the existing commands
omit a new file; explicit path staging includes the intended tracked and new
files while leaving an unrelated file untracked.
   - Ran the upstream governance functions for front matter, Markdown
structure, links, SEO, and locale sync against the two changed pages, before
and after the change. No new findings. The Chinese page's existing
description-length warning is unchanged; external links remain report-only.
   - Full-site build was not run for this command-example-only change.

   ## Versions

   - [ ] dev
   - [ ] 4.x
   - [ ] 3.x
   - [ ] 2.1 or older (not covered by version/language sync gate)

These are shared community pages, not version-specific database
documentation.

   ## Languages

   - [x] Chinese
   - [x] English

   ## Docs Checklist

   - [x] Checked by AI
   - [x] Test Cases Built
   - [x] Updated required version and language counterparts, or explained why
not
   - [x] If only one language changed, confirmed whether source/translation
counterparts need sync

The regression scenarios were executed in disposable local repositories.
This change was prepared and checked with OpenAI Codex assistance; the commit
records that assistance.
