### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: None Related PR: None Problem Summary: The bundled parallel-hashmap 1.3.8 disables intrinsic 128-bit integer support for Clang on AArch64. This selects the fallback 64-bit hash mixing path, contributing to slow hash-set lookups on ARM.
