Amended to 8a85aea5c7c (replaces 4494c5ef516): helper consolidation only, no behaviour change. The `[int64 size][bytes]` attachment framing is now written by a single `attachment_append_section()` and read by a single `attachment_read_section()`; `request_embed_attachmentv2` takes the payload list and both the single-payload and the borrowed variants delegate to it; the two `_send_rpc` branches share one `borrow_blocks()` helper.
