### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: N/A Related PR: #68928; https://github.com/shuke987/codex/pull/5 Problem Summary: Regular PR reviews still install Codex 0.156.1, while the complete 0.162.1 Linux x64 package has passed the real-account runtime canary. Update the production package URI, archive SHA256, manifest version and CLI SHA256 to the tested package built from `3547e9086675d6b9aedfae84c15c33b2fdc155fa`. Keep the production model `gpt-6-sol`, fallback `gpt-5.6-sol`, and `xhigh` effort unchanged. This is the runtime rollout; switching the production model is a separate follow-up. Prepare that follow-up by adding required `gpt-6.1-sol` canary calls at `xhigh`, both plain exec and goal mode. Preserve the existing checks and their effort settings. A failed 6.1 call or missing completion event fails the canary; the prior-model probe remains informational.
